1. Introduction and Acceptance

6. Deposits

7. Withdrawals

8. Currency and Exchange

If a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, jta365 reserves the right to reject the transaction entirely.

9. General Bonus Conditions

10. Wagering Requirements and Eligible Games

This applies regardless of whether the event has started, is in progress, or has concluded. jta365 will not be liable for any losses arising from bets voided under this clause. Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before completion without a result being determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

13. Cricket and BPL Betting

In the event of a conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, sport-specific rules will take precedence for the relevant market.

If you have a complaint regarding jta365, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected], providing your registered account username, a full description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or reference numbers. jta365 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to binding arbitration as described in Clause 18 above.
